Rearrange the liquor cabinet to line up the bottles you need (and keep them out of the reach of others). But don't forget to take time out for prep work — some drinks require fresh-squeezed juices and fancy syrups.
Score big points by preparing fancier drinks, and serve as many drinks as you can before closing time.
